1 、加盟申请
  加盟商先了解皇冠保罗的企业文化、公司产品,对品牌概况及加盟资讯进行初步认知。如有一定意向,即可通过打电话、发传真等方式向总部咨询加盟事项。

2 、双方洽谈
  公司对加盟商进行评估,通过初步评估之后,加盟商持个人有效证件来公司总部,双方洽谈、协商、考察,确认加盟意向,经总部审核给予明确答复。

3 、加盟签约
  加盟合同是双方本着互惠互利、平等自愿、诚信双赢的原则,签订正式的加盟合同,明确双方责、权、利的合作细节。代加盟商办理相关手续之后,总部将进行资料和物品的准备。

4 、店面筹备
  总部有专人负责指导加盟店进行统一标准的店面装修和店内设置,包括:店面设计、装修、店内前期宣传、制订产品进货计划、店面布置、产品摆放等。

5 、加盟指导
  总部将有专业人员对店经理、销售顾问进行系统的专业培训,包括行业特点、服务规范、店面管理、广告发布指导以及营销企划等,确保加盟店迅速进入运营,快速产生利润。

6 、加盟验收
  正式运营之前,总部协同加盟商验收各项筹备工作,并逐一落实到位,以确保开业活动的顺利、圆满。验收工作包括:装修验收、设备调试、开业活动方案及相关宣传物品的验收、各岗位人员到位情况的验收。

7 、物流配送
  总部将向加盟商提供首批配货建议,店面筹备完毕提前两周时间电话通知总部发货,总部会及时将产品发到您指定的地址。

8 、加盟跟进
